What are you letting Fall away?
Many of us wayshowers and lightworkers - those of us on the first wave ascension - are going through a final chapter of deep transformation in order to prepare for the next powerful 10 cycle that begins in 2020. Many of us have gone through an intense 10 year cycle from 2009 - 2019 (or thereabouts) of initiations and deep soul growth, to prepare us for being wayshowers for the New Earth. Many of us have had to face periods of crisis and deep losses - of loved ones who died, of mysterious health issues, of relationships that no longer served, of things that once brought us security such as financial and job resources, etc.
Please know that you did nothing wrong to manifest or not manifest what has occurred in your life. ANYTHING that shows up in your life is a gift (even in the most shadowy, hidden forms) helping you to become the most heroic version of yourself. You will always manifest what your soul needs, even if it doesn’t always match the endless wants of the ego. You cannot miss out on anything that is truly meant for your soul's highest evolution.
All of this has likely required you to deeply surrender and cultivate deeper faith and trust that there is a much higher plan for you and for all of humanity. A higher plan that also serves the highest good of all, as by the law of unity consciousness. At times these initiations may have tested your sanity and required you to dig deep into your being to source your true power - the love, courage and strength you didn't even realize you held until life walked you through the alchemical fires of transmutation.
As 2019 comes to an end, this intense decade and chapter of radical transformation is coming to a close for many of us. Thank goddess! However, the last quarter of this year requires even more clearing out of the old. Just as the Autumn trees so effortlessly let go of their leaves, how can we take a cue from Mother Nature and do the same? To let what wants to fall away, to simply fall away, rather than fighting the process and without blaming or judging anyone (including ourselves). Such is the heart of surrender.
Now is a beautifully aligned time to let go of and release anything that is no longer serving your soul's highest evolution to truly make space for all that is to come in 2020. We can help to integrate the deeply catalytic process of last 10 years of awakening and ascension with the physical practice of letting go of possessions, papers, knick-knacks, clothes, shoes, jewelry, electronics, etc. that no longer resonate for us and that no longer fit the person we are becoming. You have likely gone through so much transformation, that not everything you own matches who you are RIGHT NOW. Your house / apartment, your office, your car / vehicle all likely could use a seasonal cleansing. If you are between homes and have a storage unit, this would be a great time to go through that and downsize as well.
How do you know if something is no longer serving you? Simple. It no longer brings you joy, makes you feel weighed down, reminds you of unhappy times, feels like it carries a chord or attachment to an unhealthy relationship, or simply does not feel good. Ask your inner child to help you, he / she will help keep you honest and make the process more fun! Perhaps you can even throw a clothing swap or white elephant party and encourage your friends / community to join in the letting go process.
However, there is also no need to part with things that you still love or that still bring you joy! You don't have to rush this process, you can take it one step, one item or one room at a time. Every little bit counts. By creating a powerful intention and offering up the letting go and releasing process to your Higher Self / the Universe / God/ Goddess - you not only help to make the process sacred - you also invoke spiritual guidance to help show you what to let go of. You don’t have to do this alone!
Counter-intuitively, this process of letting go also amplifies feelings of abundance by helping us to feel grateful for all that we do have and remembering that possessions (while totally fine to have) do not define who we are and ultimately are not what make us safe or loved. Often we can do with far less than modern late stage capitalism has led us to believe. As we donate old items to a charity we love or give items to friends who may give them a new life, we get to experience the gift of giving and generosity with no strings attached. You may even make some extra money with your items that are in good condition by trading or selling them on websites /apps like Offer Up, Ebay or Poshmark. Who knows you may have a hidden treasure that no longer brings you joy but may help you bring in some extra money for holiday spending, paying off debt or for a vacation?
When you finish clearing a room, closet or corner of the house, I recommend going through and helping to clear any stagnate energy by saging or using palo santo and saying a simple prayer to your angels, dragons or favorite spirit guides, thanking them for helping to clear, cleanse, bless and upgrade your space. Again by embracing the natural cycle of letting go through releasing and giving things away you are making space to receive all the new energy, magick and miracles that life is thrilled to bring your way in 2020 and beyond.
