I highly recommend Jana’s healing ceremonies as digital recordings. As with Jana's live ceremonies - of which I've attended many - I felt immediate shifts in my energy during the recorded ceremonial journeys. The space Jana holds during these events has a lot to do with their power across time. From the start of the ceremonies, you can feel the sacred ritualized space she has created for us - whether you experience them recorded or live. Possibly like other people who are new to her recorded journeys and ceremonies, I didn't know what to expect. Coming out of the first recording, I recognized the energy shifts and healing right away. I noticed even more of the healing effects for a couple days after as the shifts integrated. I didn't really understand quantum time until I experienced Jana's recorded journeys firsthand. The benefits of them holds true over time. Case in point, I listened to one that was recorded well over a year before and I was amazed there was no difference in the power of these than the live ceremonies. The recordings she offers are very valuable. It is really helpful option for those who may not have been ready and able to attend at the time the ceremonies first took place live.
