Everything is going to be okay: September 2021 Energy Update
Everything is going to be okay! Maybe you needed to hear this message today.
I know this to be true in my heart, but when I don't feel well physically or emotionally, I find it can be harder to anchor the light and truth that everything is going to be okay, especially in the midst of so much uncertainty, heart-breaking suffering and global transformation.
Maybe you find this to be the case for you as well too?
As I discussed in more detail during August’s Lions Gate Portal New Moon + Full Moon events, the light codes and energies that streamed onto the planet during this month's LGP created a tremendous amount of alchemical transformation that for many were or are still being felt at a physical level. This includes a lot of physical symptoms - everything from "Ascension Flu" to heart palpitations to headaches to throat clearing to lots of stomach upset.
Often when we go through very deep energetic transmutation, it is experienced at every level of our being from the spiritual /causal body on down through the mental and emotional bodies and the final stages of clearing take place in our physical bodies. Which can end up manifesting through the strangest and most uncomfortable of symptoms and conditions.

What I have noticed through the healing work I facilitate for others and my own healing journey, is that physical ascension can go hand in hand with various forms of chronic illness.
Many of the beautiful people, lightworkers, empaths and healers, whom I support struggle with chronic health discomforts or even more serious health conditions, that have a deep emotional or energetic component to them. Getting sick - whether we are talking a cold, or COVID, or Cancer - NEVER means you are to blame or that you manifested the illness because your vibration wasn't high enough or insert other misplaced spiritual or bogus wellness teachings that are floating around out there. There is enough toxic blaming and shaming going on out there, please don't do this to yourself!
There are a lot of unexplained health issues that are actually in fact ascension symptoms and signs of deeper DNA transmutation and karmic clearing happening at a cellular level within you.
That being said, not all illness is due to ascension, sometimes we get physical bugs or inherited genetic conditions that require more support beyond energy healing. Sometimes a dis-ease that begun at the energetic level has been with us so long that it manifests physically and we also need physical support to clear it. There is never any shame in needing alternative, eastern, functional, naturopathic or even traditional allopathic western medical support your body through deeper phases of healing and ascension.
I also feel it is important to say in this current climate, that we can still get sick with many things that are totally unrelated to COVID. (Thankfully my recent flu like symptoms were triggered by energetic and emotional releasing and were not COVID - I took a few tests to make sure.)
We know there are so many BIG reactive feelings and frustrations out there about all things COVID related, including the delta variant, kids going back to school safely and of course ... vaccinations.
I have mainly avoided discussing the energetics around the ongoing pandemic on social media as the climate is very tense and there is a tremendous amount of blame, patterns of witch-hunting and censorship around any alternative viewpoints, that I have felt it wiser to choose my words and how I spend my energy units carefully. (Also COVID is not my area of expertise. So I've done a lot of research. In that regard, I do find the work of the FLCCC to be promising.)
My guidance, on behalf of Spirit and my wisest self, to all of you is to use keen discernment and trust your inner wise self to guide you through the end of the pandemic and beyond. I say this in regards to your health, your family's health and really well everything. Trust your inner wisdom with total devotion. This is at the heart of Ascension. This is at the heart of the powerful return of the divine feminine back into power with the true divine masculine. (Not the old toxic masculine).
Trust what feels resonant and good to you is your TRUTH. If something you hear on the news or that a family member or friend (or even a doctor suggests) feels totally off to your gut instincts, to your heart and your body, pay attention to that. Respect that other people may have very valid reasons and feelings for the choices they make that maybe right for them, but that doesn't have to make them right for you and VISA-VERSA. Respect yourself. Respect others. If it feels too hard to be respectful towards others, say namaste and walk away for as long as you need space.
From our point of view your precious energy units are better spent loving your own heart and taking care of yourself then in fighting with or against others. Your actions do speak volumes and we can all lead by example by having the courage to follow the guidance of our hearts, even if the mainstream media is screaming at the world to do otherwise.
You are a sovereign being of light, you have the power to make choices that feel supportive to you and please don't let anyone bully you into making choices that don't feel good to you out of fear, even if they claim to the be the worlds leading expert on "such and such" topic. This is a toxic energetic of the old patriarchal paradigm that is being cleared from this planet with the ascension process, that includes the powerful return of the divine feminine and trusting the wisdom of our hearts.
